Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Gif Maker Studio for Adobe Illustrator and Gif Maker Studio for Adobe InDesign, provided by [Dileep Nadesan], trading as PluginLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accepting these Terms and using the plugin, you agree to the conditions below. If you use the plugin on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
1. The plugins
Gif Maker Studio provides tools for creating animation previews and exporting GIFs and PNG sequences from supported Adobe applications.
The Illustrator and InDesign editions are separate products. A subscription to one edition does not include the other.
You are responsible for obtaining the required Adobe application and ensuring that your operating system and application version meet the compatibility requirements stated in the plugin listing. An Adobe subscription is not included.
2. License to use
During your valid subscription period, PluginLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased edition for your personal or business work, within the scope stated in your purchase.
The plugin is licensed, not sold. PluginLab and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding, and related materials.
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the plugin without permission.
Share license credentials to provide access beyond your purchased license.
Bypass payment or license restrictions.
Remove proprietary notices.
Reverse engineer the plugin, except where permitted by applicable law or a relevant third-party license.
Use the plugin unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.
Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted under those licenses.
3. Subscriptions and payments
The standard subscription price is US$2.99 per month for each edition, unless a different offer is clearly displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The applicable price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and renewal conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Purchases through Adobe Marketplace are processed through Adobe and its payment provider. Their applicable transaction terms also govern your purchase.
No free trial is included unless expressly offered at checkout.
Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before it takes effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the changed price applies.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewals using the subscription-management method provided in your purchase confirmation or purchasing account. Contact help@pluginlab.net if you need assistance locating that method.
Uninstalling the plugin does not cancel your subscription.
Unless an immediate cancellation, refund, or other legal remedy applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Your license remains valid until that period ends.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. Refund requests are handled according to the applicable purchase terms and consumer-protection laws. Contact the seller or payment provider identified on your receipt, or contact PluginLab for assistance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights.
5. Your content and exported files
You retain ownership of your documents, artwork, and exported files. PluginLab does not acquire ownership of your content through your use of the plugin.
You may use your exports for personal or commercial purposes, provided you have the necessary rights to the underlying artwork, fonts, images, and other materials.
Subscription expiry does not change your ownership of previously exported files or prevent their continued use.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and reviewing exported results before publication or delivery.
6. Compatibility, updates, and support
Supported application versions and operating systems are identified in the relevant Marketplace listing.
We may provide fixes and updates, but do not promise compatibility with every future Adobe release, operating system, or third-party product.
Support is available at help@pluginlab.net. Unless separately agreed, no guaranteed response time or custom-development service is included.
7. Privacy

Any online activation or subscription-verification requirements must be disclosed in the relevant product information and Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your license for a material breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful use. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
When your subscription expires or your license otherwise ends, your right to use the subscription-licensed plugin ends. This does not transfer ownership of, or require deletion of, your own documents or previously exported files.
9. Warranties and liability
We do not guarantee that the plugin will operate without interruptions or errors, or meet every particular requirement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, warranties beyond those expressly stated are excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported configurations, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees and liability for fraud.
10. Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, business, or legal changes. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated before they take effect, with any consent or cancellation rights required by law.
Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights or contacting a competent court or consumer-protection authority.
11. Independent developer
Gif Maker Studio is developed by PluginLab. Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign are Adobe products. Distribution through Adobe Marketplace does not make PluginLab an Adobe company.
